Coming along

Well the back is done AGAIN!

YAY

I just frogged the old now-it's-too-big back.

I'm ready to start on the front and then the sleeves and hood. I hope it's finished in time for wearing this winter!

The sweater

is coming along. I've got about 9-10" on the back done. Instead of making it 12" before beginning the armholes, I'm going to make it 13-13.5" so I don't have to keep tugging it down while wearing it. It seems like so many things come just to where they barely touch the top of my pants and so when I sit down skin shows.

It's coming along, though my hands have really been killing me lately. I just want to knit. I just wish it didn't hurt.

I've gotten a little more done on the sweater.

Soon I'll be moving (yup, again) this time, though, we'll be internetless for a little while, so maybe during that time I can knit knit knit and get the sweater finished.

I have a bunch of KnitPicks Wool of the Andes that's dyable and am thinking of making dd a sweater and letting her dye it herself.

It's been a while

I think summer made me just not want to knit. It's cooler out now, so I'm back to knitting. I have to frog the blue sweater I started last December and start over to make it smaller since I'm 40 pounds lighter than before. I'm just a few rows into it and have to take it slowly because my hands/wrists/elbows have really been hurting. :(

The move didn't help much either, as I packed up and got out in about 2 weeks' time. I just haven't had the time to do much at all. So back to the awesome sweater I go. I can't wait to wear it! lol

Wow

I'm knitting again.


I'm working on a tank for Sece and then one for me and a blanket for my friend. I should also frog my sweater (the blue one) so I can start over in a SMALLER SIZE! YAY



Some sad news, my favorite yarn store is closing. :( Everything is 1/2 off though, so I got the stuff for Sece's and my tanks for next to nothing. I want to go back for more. Maybe some more Addi turbos.
